About This Blog: Foundations and Research Notes

这个博客不是作品集的重复。我的 portfolio 展示项目结果、demo、论文和代码；这个 blog 记录我如何理解基础概念、如何设计实验、如何评估模型，以及研究过程中遇到的 tradeoffs。

我希望它有两条线：

• Foundations: 数学、统计、机器学习、NLP/LLM、research engineering。
• Research & Applications: multilingual AI、model evaluation、responsible AI、retrieval systems、applied ML systems。

Why this blog exists

I want a place where foundations and research can talk to each other.

Many strong resources already explain mathematics, statistics, machine learning, and NLP. I do not need to rewrite the internet. But I do need my own working notes: explanations shaped by the problems I actually meet in experiments, interviews, papers, and applied AI projects.

This blog is therefore a bilingual knowledge base:

• foundation posts turn existing materials into my own mental models;
• research posts connect those foundations to real AI systems;
• bilingual notes let me explain difficult ideas in the language that makes the concept clearest.

How to read it

If you are here for foundations, start with mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or NLP & LLMs.

If you are here for research, start with model evaluation, multilingual AI, retrieval, or responsible AI.

If you are here from my portfolio, this blog is the reasoning layer behind the projects.
